Overview
An industrial-luxe wellness club near Jabriya's 4th Ring Road.
A 3,000 square meter wellness and fitness club in Jabriya, built full-scope by SEC for Mr. Bader Gasim Boodai under consultant Scaffold Group. Handover was completed in 2013.
The brief called for a sturdy, industrial aesthetic befitting bodybuilding champions — sculpted timber-slat ceilings arcing over the swimming pool, a dark stone-and-steel material palette, and the signature “Muscle Factory” training halls, all delivered by SEC and its specialist subsidiaries under a single accountable contract.
